Car Boot Sale

Dear member,

 

The next car boot sale will be held this weekend starting at 8am and pretty much finished by 1pm.

 

This is a major fund raiser for the Club and one of the many events our members can assist with without leaving the clubrooms to help pay the bills and provide new facilities.

 

This is your opportunity to help your club either at the sale on Saturday or on the days leading up to it.

 

Please come alone on one, some or all of the dates mentioned and help us to keep your club alive.

Tues 14th April: 

 After the meeting. Tidy up the shed and get our extra tables from the scouts 

 

Wednesday 15th April

Inside: Collect items from the containers and set for sale and price & the BBQ and tent

 

Thursday 16th April

Outside: Thursday morning mark the sites out

Help tidy up the social area and make it useful.

 

Friday 17th April  

Finalises the sites marking etc put the tyres and posts out

 

SATURDAY 18th APRIL - The Big Day

 

4 members early at 6.30am the place the vehicles

 Also members from 7.00am to finalize the shed and bbq and we start to tidy up after 12.30 in the shed and pull down the sign etc
